This Refund & Purchase Policy applies to all digital virtual items sold by WXMAPS (“we,” “our,” “us”) through our official storefront. Payments are processed by Tebex Limited as Merchant of Record; see also Tebex checkout Terms & Conditions. By completing a purchase, you (“you,” “the customer”) agree to the terms outlined below in full. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, protect against abuse, and maintain fairness for all parties.
1. Nature of Products
All items sold by WXMAPS are digital virtual items, delivered electronically via the Cfx/Tebex platform. These items are non-physical, hold no intrinsic real-world value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, cryptocurrency, or any form of real-world currency or goods. Ownership of these items does not transfer any intellectual property rights; rather, you are granted a non-transferable, limited-use license for personal use only, subject to the rules outlined herein.
2. Platform Dependence
The continued use of your purchased items is dependent on the availability and functionality of third-party services, including but not limited to the Cfx and Tebex platforms. WXMAPS is not liable for outages, downtime, service interruptions, or permanent discontinuation caused by these third parties. No refunds will be issued in cases where platform changes, restrictions, or closures affect the usability of the products.
3. Standard Refund Window
You may request a refund within 7 days of the original transaction date if you experience technical issues with the product that we cannot fix after you have contacted WXMAPS support and allowed us a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot. Refunds under this window are not granted for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or issues caused by your server environment where the product works as described.
This policy does not apply to gift cards, subscriptions, or repeated purchases of the same product (see Section 7). It is intended to give buyers confidence when a genuine defect blocks use of what they paid for, while limiting abuse.
4. Refunds Beyond the Standard Window
Refund requests made after the 7-day period will only be considered in exceptional circumstances. Approval is solely at the discretion of WXMAPS, and our decision is final. Circumstances that may warrant consideration include documented technical incompatibilities or verified accidental purchases—however, these are rare and evaluated on a strict case-by-case basis.
5. Bans and Rule Violations
If you are banned from the Platform for violating its rules or terms of service, you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances. The Platform reserves the right to enforce bans at its discretion and to modify its rules at any time. Attempting to circumvent a ban—for example, by creating alternate accounts, using false information, or purchasing under another person's name—will result in a permanent ban from all future purchases.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We treat chargebacks and payment disputes as a serious breach of trust. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting WXMAPS to attempt resolution, you will be permanently banned from making any future purchases. Additionally, your license for all previously purchased products may be revoked at our discretion in response to such actions. For payment disputes handled through Tebex, see Tebex checkout support.
7. Repeat Purchase Refund Restriction
If you purchase a product, receive a refund for it, and later choose to repurchase the same product, you will not be eligible for a refund on that subsequent purchase under any circumstances. This rule exists to prevent misuse of our refund policy and to protect the value of our products.
8. License Revocation Upon Refund
In the event that a refund is approved and issued, your license to use the refunded product is immediately revoked. You are required to remove the product from your possession and cease any use of it. Continued use after a refund constitutes a breach of this policy and may result in legal action or a permanent ban from WXMAPS services.
9. Gift Purchases
For purchases made as gifts, refund eligibility applies only to the original purchaser. Refunds will not be processed directly to the gift recipient under any circumstances. The original purchaser must make the request, and any refund will be issued via the original payment method used.
10. Final Decision Authority
All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of WXMAPS and are considered final. By purchasing from WXMAPS, you acknowledge that these decisions are binding and not subject to appeal outside the scope of the policy described herein, except where mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any portion of this policy, you should not proceed with your purchase.
